Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club are very pleased to host the RS Aero Northern Championship at Grimwith Reservoir on 3rd & 4th June 2023

Entries and Suggested Entry Donations

Online entries have now closed. The suggested entry donation (as we are a charity) for the event is £25 per boat. Entries will be accepted on the day.

Event Schedule

There will be a competitor briefing at 12am on Saturday 3rd June
Race 1 is scheduled to start at 12:30hrs on Saturday 3rd June
Up to 7 races will be held. The likely schedule would include 4 races on Saturday 3rd June and up to 3 races on Sunday 4th
If cancellation is required due to weather or any other unforeseen event, then this will be notified on this website.

Other Key Information

The YDSC Galley will be open on Saturday during the day, and on Sunday for breakfast and lunch.
There will be Saturday evening ‘get together’ (takeaway / beers)!
Camping for is available for motorhomes and tents and is FREE (sorry, Yorkshire Water specify no caravans). Gates can be opened on Friday evening if visitors are planning to arrive early (please arrange via contact below) . Campers should leave by 6 pm Sunday 4th.
