These sessions, run from 10.15am-4.30pm. The morning session is a shore based, the afternoon is on the water. The class room sessions and on the water coaching and support are aimed at those graduating from beginner sessions. If you have just bought a dinghy and are needing some support then this is the one for you. It includes an introduction to racing. Use your own boats where possible, but Picos and other club boats should be available
