How do I cancel my membership?

You can apply to cancel your membership at any time using the form linked below. Your membership will stop at the end of the current quarter.


How do I change my membership details?

You can edit your personal details by logging in using your registered email address or by using the form in the Membership Menu.


Why can’t I edit fields like berths or keys?

For these fields, if you make a change we need to do something like tell the boatpark manager or update a direct debit. If you just changed it we would likely not spot it as we need the notification, so use the relevant form on the Membership Menu and we will change it for you.


I can’t log in

You don’t need a password to log in – just your registered email address. The system will send you a login link to that email if it is registered. If you have forgotten which email or use the wrong one then contact for help.


I’m an adult or social member and I want to add another membership e.g. a junior

Just log in to your account, go to ‘Your Membership’ and select New membership under Options.


I don’t want to join, but I want to apply and pay for a junior membership

Just complete the application in the junior’s name, but use an email address that will get answered. You can put your details on the direct debit.
