I can’t log in to DutyMan.

You need the login details that you were sent. It will have been in an email from DutyMan. You don’t actually need a password; if you know your username and there is an associated email address is will just email you an access link. If you can’t remember your details then email for help.

I don’t have a DutyMan account. How do I get one?

Just ask. Email with your name and which duty types you can do.

When should I pick my duties?

If you are not new you should be part of the allocation process in January or February and this is the best time to pick or you might duties get allocated from what is left over. You should get a personalised email to the draft allocation roster. Once that is over and the roster is published you can pick any vacant duty any time – just log in and sign up. There is a link to a simple guide on the Duties page.

What do I do if I can’t do my duty?

If you can no longer do a duty you are down to do it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Log into DutyMan and relect Request a Duty Swap. There are instructions there. If you get stuck email . Whatever happens, DO NOT JUST NOT TURN UP. If nothing else, let us know so we can try and do something about it.

How do I swap my duty?

How do I get DutyMan updated to show a duty I’ve done?

Email with your name, date and which duty you did.
