Use this form to let us know you wish to cancel your membership. The Membership Secretary will be in touch with instructions on what to do. For full membership this will initiate your membership expiring at the next quarterly renewal point. For interim or dual club membership it will stop your membership. Refunds are not available for interim or dual club membership.
