Sailing Instructions

Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club are very pleased to host the 2000 Class – Series 2 of the Latitude Series sponsored by Lakes Mortgages at Grimwith Reservoir on 23/24^th May with training day 25^th May .

Entries and Suggested Entry Donations

To help with planning and organisation please enter online below. Online entries will close at 14:00hrs on 21^st May. The suggested entry donation (as we are a charity) for the event is £40 per boat + £15 for training day.

• Registration at the clubhouse from Saturday 09:30 hrs
• Competitor Briefing Time 11:00 hrs
• Race 1 not scheduled to start before, 11:30 hrs with race 2 back to back
• Lunch Break
• 2 back to back races after lunch
• No warning signal for races on the last day will be made after 16:00 hrs

If cancellation is required due to weather or any other unforeseen event, then this will be notified on this website.

Other Key Information

The YDSC Galley will be open for breakfast butties and lunches. An evening meal (£x.xx for one course or £x.xx for two courses) will be provided on the Saturday and Sunday evening at 18.30. The menu can be found in the Notice of Race. ORDERS SHOULD BE PLACED during online entry (preferred) or at registeration Payment will be taken at Registration.)

Camping for motorhomes and tents is free (sorry, Yorkshire Water specify no caravans). Gates open at 18:00hrs on Friday 22^nd May and visitors should leave by 14:00 on Monday 25^th May.
