The club has a number of social events throughout the year which will be advertised here.
YDSC Summer Social & Family Fun Day – Saturday 6th July 2024
Put the date in your diary and come and enjoy our very popular Summer Social & Family Fun Day; bring family and friends and have fun all day with a subsidised, pre-booked early evening meal.
- As a thank you to our loyal members we are arranging a subsidised early evening buffet plus an under 14’s option.
- Any adult/14’s and over- member or guest wanting an early evening meal will pay only £10pp. Under 14’s only £5.
- Jeni and her team in the Galley are preparing delicious slow roast pulled pork, stuffing, apple sauce, new potatoes, homemade coleslaw, charred corn salad/house salad PLUS a selection of desserts. Vegetarian/ vegan/food allergies catered for. Just contact Jeni directly by text on 07496 090984 with any questions. U14’s/children’s burgers and hot dogs.
- Please bring family and friends along to show them what our club has to offer.
- Activities for the young at heart all day from 11.00am.
- Children’s Buffet from 5.00pm with adult Buffet to follow.

All activities are self service at a time to suit you – i.e. Instructors will NOT be available to take you out. You must look after you own group/family.

- Onsite camping & campervans on 5th & 6th July – no charge. Sorry no caravans.
- Pay bar open from 4.00pm, with a selection of alcohol free beers for the drivers.
- Vegetarian options available – please indicate adult and U14 numbers and any veg options when booking online.
