Junior Performance Pathway Training
This winter we will be delivering 5 days of development training for our keen junior sailors under the new RYA Performance Pathway Initiative. The Pathway Club programme aims to make racing fun, develop strong sailing fundamentals, and foster a lifelong love of the sport. It’s a nationwide initiative aimed at identifying and developing clubs across the UK to become centres of excellence for junior racing, offering affordable, high-quality sailing and coaching close to home for junior racers. So that is what we are doing!
Just £25 per day for our junior members to receive high quality coaching and support, includes use of a club boat. We encourage all our young sailors who have completed RYA Stage 3 & 4 or equivalent and are keen to get into or improve their racing to come along. It will be chilly so good quality kit will be essential and preferably a drysuit.
